ZA Credit uses an advance annual fee model: from your activation date, the first year is free; from the second year onwards, the next year's annual fee will be charged in advance during the first billing cycle of your second year (currently HKD 999, subject to the latest fee schedule). Therefore, when you enter your second year, you'll see the annual fee on your statement.

If you see the annual fee entry, don't worry! Simply type "annual fee" in the online chat in the ZA Bank App. As long as you don't have any overdue loans at ZA Bank, you can apply for an annual fee waiver – the process is quick and easy!
