If your outward transfer is sent via the Wise channel, the following charges will apply:

· Wise fee

Wise calculates fees based on the transfer currency and amount. The actual fee is as quoted on the transaction page.

· Convenience fee

We charge a platform fee (up to 2%), which is also calculated based on the transfer currency and amount.

When you make a transfer via SWIFT, the following charges may apply:

Although ZA Bank does not charge any fees, other banks and related institutions (such as correspondent banks, intermediary banks, clearing institutions and/or the receiving bank) may charge for processing the transfer.Charges may be deducted directly from your transfer amount or debited from your ZA Bank account, and the actual charging method may not fully follow your initial instruction.

Before transferring, remember to check the final quote on the transaction page and submit only after confirming the details are correct.
