If your overseas inward transfer shows as failed, don't worry. You can check it using the steps below:
Step 1: Verify the currency
Please check whether the transferred currency is supported by ZA Bank: HKD, CNY, USD, SGD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, JPY, NZD, and CHF.
Step 2: Verify the transfer details
If the currency is correct, please further check whether any of the transfer details were entered incorrectly, such as the payee's name, account number, and whether the receiving bank is ZA Bank.
Step 3: Verify your account status
Please confirm that your account status is normal and able to receive transfers.
