Need to cancel a future transfer? No problem, just follow these simple steps.

How to do it

1、 On the ZA Bank App homepage, tap "All" to see the full feature list.

2、 Select "Scheduled Transfer".

3、 Find the instruction you want to cancel, tap the "..." icon in its top-right corner, and then select "Delete".

Friendly Reminder

▸ Be sure to delete the instruction before the scheduled transfer date. It cannot be deleted on the day it's set to execute.

▸ If you close your account, all scheduled transfers will be cancelled automatically. Please make sure you have made alternative arrangements.
