You can cancel registered payees in the ZA Bank App:

Local payees

If the payee is registered, you can select "Unregister payee" from the top-right of the transfer transaction page.

Overseas payees

If the payee is registered, go to the Global Transfer page, tap "All payees", find the payee you wish to unregister, swipe left and select "Unregister payee ".

Friendly reminder

After you cancel the registration, you'll receive a notification from ZA Bank. The payee will remain on your payee list, but transfers to that payee will be subject to your Non-registered payee transfer and Global Transfer limit.
