Notice of Amendment to 'General Account Terms and Conditions'

(effective from 12 June 2023)

We're updating our 'General Account Terms and Conditions' ('Revised Terms'), which will take effect from 12 June 2023. We know this may sound boring, but to better protect your interests, please bear with us and take a few minutes to read through this notice carefully.

We have outlined the major changes to the Revised Terms in the table below for your information ('Amendments'). These Amendments are made in order to:

1. 1.  clarify that you will use your account and our services responsibly;
2. 2.  specify your responsibilities when giving funds transfer Instructions to us;
3. 3.  clarify the circumstances and our respective rights on termination and suspension of any part of your account or services;
4. 4.  clarify that we can exercise our right to set-off with or without notice to you; and
5. 5.  supplement the description of sales staff remuneration.

Please note that the Revised Terms will be binding on you if you use or continue to use any of our products or services on or after 12 June 2023. If you don't accept the Revised Terms, you have the right to terminate the account(s), products and services with us according to the relevant provisions under the General Account Terms and Conditions before 12 June 2023.
