How to enhance your card experience and activate ATM withdrawal service when travel abroad?

Since the ZA Card has no credit limit, the relevant authorised amount will be temporarily deducted from your hkd savings account current account pending settlement by the merchant.If the merchant does not process the transaction (settlement/reversal) within the settlement period (usually 30 days), the bank will temporarily refund the deducted amount to the cardholder’s account.If the merchant settles the relevant transaction later (for example, after 30 days), the bank will debit the amount from your account.If you wish to revoke the authorisation, we recommend that you provide the transaction authorisation code to the merchant for enquiry. This might remind you of where you had been at that time and help you figure out the unidentified transaction. Consider the exchange rate If the unconfirmed transaction is settled in foreign currency, the final transaction amount may be different from your purchase.
