After you confirm the policy details, the confirmation screen will display the premium amount. You will pay the first and subsequent premiums through your ZA Bank account.

Once completed, you will receive the policy details sent via email from ZA Insure and our payment success message.

ZA Insure will automatically transfer from your ZA Bank account on the payment due date. Please ensure you have sufficient "Registered payee transfer limit" on that day for the deduction; otherwise, the transaction may not be processed successfully.

You can also find your policy and complete the payment at any time via the ‘Insurance’ after logging in to the ZA Bank home page > tap the "Me” icon at the top right corner > choose "My ZA Insure Bills", and tap ‘Pay Now’ to complete the payment.

ZA Insure currently only supports ZA Bank users with HKID and physically in Hong Kong to purchase insurance through the ZA Bank App.
