If the automatic debit payment failed for ZA Insure policies, ZA Insure will notify you via email on the payment date. You may deposit the amount into your ZA Bank savings account within 14 days after receiving the notification. ZA Insure will try to debit again on the 14th day.
Please ensure you have a sufficient "Registered payee transfer limit" on that day for the deduction; otherwise, the transaction may not be processed successfully.
You can also find your policy and complete the payment at any time via the "All" shortcut after logging in to the home page of the ZA Bank App > "Insurance" under the Insurance section > tap the "Me" icon at the top right > "My ZA Insure Bills" to locate your policy. From there, click "Pay Now" to complete the payment.
Please note that your policy will lapse if you cannot complete the payment within 30 days after the payment due date.
