If your ZA Card is stolen or you suspect that the card information has been leaked, please lock your card immediately via ZA Bank App and contact our Customer Services at 3665 3665 or our online customer service.
App Lock Card Step:
1. Log in to ZA Bank App
2. Tap the "Account" icon in the menu bar
3. Tap ZA Card
4. Select 'Lock Card'
You may also request for card replacement via below steps:
1. Log into ZA Bank App
2. Tap the "Account" icon
3. Tap ZA Card
4. Select 'Replace Card'
