Individual customers can apply for cryptocurrensies trading services if they meet the following conditions:
- Hold a valid ZA Bank savings account
- Hold a Hong Kong Identity Card
- Reside in Hong Kong and provide a proof of address issued within the past three months.
- Licensed financial institution employees need to provide their employer's consent letter
- Complete a customer risk profiling questionnaire , and meet the customer risk level requirement
- Pass a virtual asset knowledge assessment
- Must be in Hong Kong when opening the account and trading
