How do I cancel the eDDA mandate linked to another bank account?
You can remove your authorised eDDA service on the ZA Bank App at any time:
- Log in to the ZA Bank App and tap your profile picture at the top left of the homepage.
- Tap "Linked bank account".
- Choose the account you want to unbind.
- Tap "…"
- Tap "Unbind".
Friendly reminder
If you linked your ZA Bank account from another bank (like HSBC or Standard Chartered) or another company (like the Jockey Club), you need to go to that company's App or website to cancel the setting there.
